Amelia Rachel Josephine Fields, daughter of Ruthie Fields, was carried by Angels into the arms of her Heavenly Father during childbirth on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the Shawano Medical Center.
Amelia was a gift from God to all, especially to her mother Ruthie, and is further survived by:
Her Grandparents: Robert (Rachel) Fields, Sr.
Aunts & Uncles: Bob (Julia) Fields, Jr., Susie (Jared Hildebrandt) Fields, Sara (Mark) Dimick, Ervin (Jenni) Conant, Ann (Kevin Sanders) Fields, Leonard Fields, Jerry (Jessica) Fields, Kasey Fields, and Howard (Holly) Fields.
Also numerous cousins and other relatives.
Amelia was preceded in death by her Maternal & Paternal Great-Grandparents.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 11 AM at the Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory in Clintonville with Rev. Richard Vanman officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9:30 AM until the time of the service.
