David Peter Schneider, age 58 of Green Bay, WI.
Angels accompanied David home on May 23, 2017.
God gifted Charles Schneider and Marie (Pagel) Cooper with David on March 31st, 1959. Born in Beacon, NY, he grew up with loving family support in New York and Wisconsin. Dave graduated from Appleton East High School in 1977. David worked with an amazing and loving team of friends at Le Mieux & Sons Toyota in Green Bay. Work was a critical part of David’s life and he was blessed to have been so much a part of the Le Mieux family of caring. Dave loved boating and spending time with his extended family at Uncle Dave’s cottage where he could never find the time to sit still. There was always one more thing to do to make someone else’s life just a bit better. Most of all, David was a devoted and adoring husband and father. His love for his family – and his dogs - was both deep and wide and does not end with his journey home.
Awaiting David in heaven are his father and mother as well as his grandparents. Left to remember and celebrate his life are his wife Michelle (Gill), his son Mason and his daughter Holiday. His memory is also cherished by his Mentor Uncle Dave Pagel, Sisters Cindy Lanzetta (Al), Teri Schneider, Jill Meyer (Chuck Manske), Margaret Schwarzhans (Fred) and Brothers Chris (Lori), Scott Gregg, Mark and Joey. Dave will be missed by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and many amazing friends.
All are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, May 30th to be held at Christ Congregational Church, 70 S. Main St., Clintonville, WI from 4pm to 7pm. Dave’s life will be celebrated in a memorial service on May 31st at 11:00am; lovingly lead by his sister Pastor Jill Meyer.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a scholarship fund for Mason and Holiday. The Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory of Clintonville is assisting his family. www.eberhardtstevenson.com
At last, the time has come for David to sit and rest. “Well done, good and faithful servant!”
