Perhaps you recall meeting in 1995, when you and Dave attended a 25th RPI Reunion?
Lynn and family, sincere condolences for the loss of such a fine person. Dave represented the best of us with such superb intelligence. Yet his sincere good nature, his strong humility and ready good humor always made a person feel at ease around Dave.
May his many nice qualities live on in your hearts, because Dave is a person who will be long remembered and his memory cherished by his Rensselaer buddies

Lynn, I am shocked to learn about Dave's passing (Clarkson University 2017 President's Report). In Graduate School at Clarkson, he and I were very close - Lab buddies, hiking buddies (climbing many of the Adirondack Mountains together), softball teammates, and generally, very close friends; I also met and chatted with his Dad, Wilson, on many occasions. I regret that Dave and I did not interact much after the mid-1980s. I think of him fondly, and I extend my condolences to you and your family. Dave will be missed. - Alan

I am so shocked at Dave's passing. I shared a few glass's of wine with dave at our meeting of WVA. We had Wonderfull conversations when we did.
