Sandra “Sandy” L. Gebert, age 61 of Clintonville, passed away Monday, October 5, 2015 at Thedacare Shawano surrounded by her loved ones.
Sandra Lee Gebert was born November 7, 1953 to the late Rudolph & Virginia (Robbins) Reinert in Clintonville. She was raised in Clintonville and attended Clintonville High School. She later met and married Norman Gebert on September 14, 1974 at St. Rose Catholic Church, Clintonville. Sandy worked as a bartender for various Clintonville bars including: Bleck’s, Miller’s, Caren’s Second Chance, E.T.’s, and Endzone, before retiring in the early 1990’s. She was a member of the Women of the Moose Chapter #1502. The couple love to spend days away from home at “the campsite,” their favorite spot. Sandy also loved to travel; mostly on the back of a Harley behind Norm. Her talents were obvious when it came to sewing, crocheting, and knitting; family and friends frequently received gifts made with her own hands. She was a great cook, dedicated housewife and loving mother and grandmother. Sandy will be remembered for her special smile and the love shown to friends and family.
