Kendrick Schmandt Obituary

Our little angel, Kendrick Gerald Schmandt, age 2 of Clintonville, gained his wings as he passed away unexpectedly on March 14, 2024 at Thedacare Medical Center- Appleton.

Kendrick was born September 24, 2021 to Nicole Schmandt, joining his older sibling Kingston, to complete their family. From the day that Kendrick arrived earth side, he brought about the most infectious smile, contagious laugh and vivacious personality. There wasn’t a single person blessed to meet Kendrick that his dimples didn’t leave an imminent smile with. His best days were spent in his Superman Costume and green rain boots, embodying a spirit of adventure and imagination. He adored his older brother Kingston and idolized him in every way, finding endless inspiration and comfort in their bond. The absolute love of his life was, and forever will be his Mommy, whom he gave endless butterfly kisses to and the most enduring hugs.

Kendrick is survived by his loving mother, Nicole, Fiance Antone Hudson, older brother Kingston Schmandt, and bonus siblings Jadaveon Hudson and Jakara Hudson. Most Favorite "Papa" Grandfather, Dale Schmandt, Grandmother, Deborah Schmandt; Uncle Ryan (Erin) Schmandt, Uncle Aaron (Lindsey) Schmandt and cousins Nyles, Porter, Brynnlei,  and Grayson; Great Grandmother Bernice Reeck and numerous extended relatives and incredible friends.

He is preceded in death by his Great Grandfather, Gerald Reeck, whom he was honorably named after, Great Grandfather Dennis Schmandt, Great Grandmother Sally Schmandt and other extended family members.

Though his time on Earth was brief, Kendrick’s radiant presence will forever be cherished by his family and friends. His love for his Mommy will remain eternal, a guiding light that will continue to shine brightly in her heart. His impact on all who knew and loved him will forever live on in their hearts and his captivating smile will be permanently engrained in their memory.
