Donna Lynn (Shaw) Stueber

Donna L. Stueber, age 60 of the Township of Dupont, passed away in her sleep on Saturday morning, December 29, 2018 at her home.

Donna Lynn Stueber was born September 25, 1958 in Milwaukee, WI, daughter to the late Gordon G. Sr. & Geraldine R. (Germanson) Shaw. She graduated from Lake Mills High School in 1978. After graduation she spent the next few years being an amazing stay at home mom to her children. In 1983, while working at Anna Maria’s Pizza Parlor in Lake Mills, Donna met her future husband Wayne Stueber. Donna later was employed by Brandt in Watertown. In 1994, Donna and Wayne re-located to the Marion area; and were married in Waupaca on Sept 13, 1996. She was employed by Marion Plywood until her retirement in 2013. After retirement Donna spent a lot of her time being an amazing caretaker of her daughter, who battles MS. The two of them would play Yahtzee for hours. Donna enjoyed gardening, cooking, riding ATVs, going to the fair with her family and spending time with her inseparable sidekick Teddy but her finest hours were spent being a Wife, Mother and Grandmother.  It was the highlight of her life. She was a person who was always willing to help friends and family. Donna truly had a heart of gold and will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Step-daughter: Erika (Matt Phelps) Stueber, Gilbert, AZ
Sisters: Linda Shaw & Penny Goelke
Brothers: Gordon Shaw Jr. & Jeffery Shaw
Step Mother: Linda Shaw
Step Sister: Kim (Rich) Plach
Her beloved Shih Tzu companion: Teddy

Donna was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, and future daughter in law Laurie McEvoy.

Memorial services will be held 2 PM Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory, Marion with the Rev. Janice Kuder officiating.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 11 AM until the time of service.
