Marjorie G. (Fox) Tillson

Marjorie G. Tillson, age 79 of Clintonville passed away Saturday July 14, 2018 at the ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton following a brief illness.

Marjorie was born on February 7, 1939 in Rensselaer, NY as the daughter of the late James and Marjorie (Anderson) Fox. She grew up in Rensselaer and was united in marriage to John E. Tillson, Jr. on May 16, 1964 at the St. Michaels Episcopal Church in Albany, NY. The couple later moved to Milwaukee and after John’s retirement moved to Clintonville in 2000. John preceded his wife in death on March 17, 2011. Marjorie was a selfless person and a wonderful mother and grandmother. She enjoyed playing bingo with family and friends. Marjorie was also a big fan of Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. She was a Christian person with a kind heart and had attended Christus Lutheran Church in Clintonville over the years. Marjorie loved her cat, Precious, and enjoyed watching her birds at her apartment.

Survivors include: Her Daughters: Terri (Charles) Kammers & Tracy Tillson.

Son: John Tillson III.

Grandchildren: Samantha Kammers, Kevin Kammers, John Tillson IV, Nicholas Tillson, & Christopher Tillson.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, husband John, a sister Joan Williams, & her brother James Fox.

A private family memorial service for Marjorie will be held later this month at the Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory in Clintonville with Rev. Brian Crocker officiating. www.eberhardtstevenson.com
