Ruth M. (Wolff) Miller

Ruth Meta (Wolff) Miller, age 83 of Clintonville passed away peacefully Monday morning, December 2, 2019 at the ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton.

Ruth was born on December 7, 1935 in the Town of Larrabee, Waupaca County as the daughter of the late Gustav and Selma (Watters) Wolff. She attended Excelsior Grade School in rural Marion and graduated from Clintonville High School in 1953. Ruth was united in marriage to Roger L. Miller of Clintonville on November 16, 1963 at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in the Town of Pella, Shawano County. The couple were blessed with six children. Ruth was an excellent cook and always made sure nobody left her home hungry. She was employed at Hansen Glove Factory, Trader’s Shoes, Clintonville Sales Realty, and for Attorney William Kuester. Ruth was also a hardworking farmwife; farming alongside her husband Roger in the Town of Bear Creek, Waupaca County for many years until their retirement. The couple then moved to Clintonville where they were longtime members of Christus Lutheran Church.

Survivors include: Her Husband Roger.

Children: Rozann Ebert, Rochelle Maas (Darryl Zeinert), Rojean (Brady) Bodoh, Ronda (Darrin) Peters, Rosalind (Patrick) Schroeder, & Robert (Kristi) Miller.

Grandchildren: Stacie (Josiah) Pooler, Nathan (Mikky) Ebert, Michael (Allison) Ebert, John (Ashley) Maas, Benjamin Bodoh, Janalee Bodoh, Matthew, Brandon, & Lindsey Peters, Emily, Kaylee, & Kaitlyn Schroeder, and Rhianna & Raeden Miller.

Step-Grandchildren: Taylor & Kylie Clinton.

Great-Grandchildren: Kinsley & Emersyn Pooler, Christian & Trayden Ebert, Ellie & Nora Ebert, and Jayla Bodoh.

Brother: Donald Wolff.

Brother-in-law & Sister-in-law: Harvey (Marlene) Miller.

Also numerous other relatives and friends.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, in-laws Leonard W. & Martha Miller, a brother; Norman (Rosetta) Wolff, sisters; Helen (Harold) Mueller, Betty (Andrew) Buss, & Elaine (Erich) Froemming, and a sister-in-law Marjorie Wolff.

Ruth’s funeral service will be held Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 11 AM at the Christus Lutheran Church in Clintonville with Rev. Brian Crocker officiating. Interment will follow at the Graceland Cemetery in Clintonville. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 9 AM until the time of the service.
