Arden A. Breaker

Arden A. Breaker, age 80 years, of N3687 Comet Road, Tigerton passed away on April 20, 2006 at the Pine Manor Health Care Center, Embarrass.
Arden Adrian Breaker was born December 27, 1925 in the Township of Fairbanks, Shawano County, to Martin and Lydia (Leitzke) Breaker. He was baptizied and confirmed at St. John Lutheran Church, Tigerton. Arden served in the U.S. Army during W.W.II from 1944 to 46. He was united in marriage on June 2, 1951 to Ruth G. Polley at St. John Lutheran Church, Tigerton. In his younger years, he drove log truck and worked in the woods. He also worked for Schroeder Oil & Excavating of Tigerton. From 1967 until 1994 the couple dairy farmed in the Township of Germania, Shawano County. Arden is a life member of the Disabled American Veterans, Chapter #53 of New London. His interests included trout fishing, deer hunting, and spending time in the outdoors.
Survivors include his loving wife Ruth of 54 years. Two sons, Bruce (wife Kathy) Breaker and Burton Breaker, both of Tigerton. Five grandchildren; Jason, Karrie, Justin, Brittany and Tanesha Breaker. Two great grandchildren, Autumn and Jase. A sister, Ethelyn Sacks of Hawaii, a brother, Dennis (wife Joann) Breaker of Tigerton, a sister-in-law, Leah Rae Breaker of Tigerton, and a brother-in-law, Gene (wife Alice) Polley of Tigerton. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Delmar, a brother-in-law, Stan Sacks, and his father and mother-in-law, Art "Hank" & Inga Polley.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 2nd at 11:00 a.m. at the Beil-Didier Funeral Home, Tigerton. Rev. Clifford Kessen will officiate. Military honors will be provided by members of the D.A.V. Chapter #53, New London and the American Legion Post #239, Tigerton. Friends may call on Tuesday, May 2nd from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
