Charlotte Thomack Obituary

Charlotte M. Thomack, age 64 of the Township of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones.

God has chosen me to come home after being a lifetime member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, Symco.
I was born June 5, 1958 to the late Elmer and Velda (Gluth) Prill; baptized as a child of God, June 22, 1958; confirmed in my faith, June 4, 1972; graduated from Little Wolf High, May 26, 1976; married John Thomack June 2, 1979, to part ways 34 years later. I found my sweetheart, a very special man in my life, Ken Jacobchick; who I shared the rest of my life with.
I had a list of places I was employed at and activities I was involved in over the years for my church, my children, and a dear friend to many more.
I just hope I’ve left behind fond memories of a sometimes “crazy lady” who tried to help whenever and wherever I could; bringing a little laughter and love into your life.
To my classmate girlfriends: I’ve treasured our “once a month” get-togethers we’ve been able to have over these past years. The beautiful, warm, and comforting quilt with all our hands on it; yes, we are all in this together. To my special friend Debbie (my colleague in shenanigans): I treasure those road trips for the kids of Bear Creek and thanks to Joe for putting up with us.
If I can leave some loving words for you to remember me by, please remember and follow God’s Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

She is survived by her fiance, Ken Jacobchick
Daughters: Nikki (Andy) Voss, New London; Alicia (Scott) Korth, Bear Creek; Melissa (Otto Schultz) Thomack, Embarrass
Ken’s Children: Karley Jacobchick, Winneconne; Kelly (Aaron) Laedtke, Fremont; & Matthew (Kelsey) Jacobchick, Windsor, CO
Grandchildren: Clara, Cora, Linken, Deklen, Orren, Charley, & Carter
Siblings: Dennis (Carol Wohlrabe) Prill, Manawa & Audrey (Paul) Partika, Hortonville
God-Children: Justin Wepner & Tiffany Klemp
Numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins
Special partner in crime: Debbie (Joe) Bricco

She was preceded in death by her parents & John Thomack, the father of her three girls.

I would like to thank all of the staff and doctors of the 7th floor Oncology at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center, Appleton; Dr. Conkright Oncology Team; my special nurses, Amy, Suzette, Jenny, & Laura, as well as the nurses with ThedaCare At Home Hospice.
