It is with a heavy heart we feel after the loss of a loved one. Born on July 4, 1957, Gerald J Laux has past On December 13, 2025. A father, brother, son, and grandpa. Many have felt this loss.
Born and raised in Clintonville, Wisconsin, Jerry spent most of his time outdoors. Growing up in the woods and on the water, Gerald became an avid outdoorsman. After meeting Dawn Pieper, Gerald joined the Army and became a firefighter. Years later Tara, Vince and Brandon were born. Working hard, Jerry provided for his family and watched them grow up. With the years drifting by grandchildren were born, giving the opportunity for his name to live on.
Son of Dorothy Anderson and Richard Laux, Jerry lived in Clintonville most of his life. Beloved brother to Theresa Laux and her boyfriend Kelly, Mary and Richard Mengert, Rhonda and Jeff Laux, and Wayne Laux, Jerry will be missed. Leaving behind Dawn Laux and their children Tara, Vince, and Brandon live on. Through children and grandchildren life continues to unravel.
So, with this tragic loss we carry the memories of Gerald with us. The signs of his presence still echo in the distance of memories past. Gone… Never Forgotten... I Love You Dad….
A memorial gathering for Jerry will be held at a later date.
