Howard Fred Wilken

Howard F. Wilken, age 75 of Clintonville, passed away on July 14, 2022 at ThedaCare Medical Center, Shawano.

Howard Fred Wilken was born May 6, 1947 in Clintonville, WI, son to the late Fred W. & Malinda R. (Piotraschke) Wilken. He attended Clintonville schools and graduated with the class of 1966. Over the years, Howard worked for F.W.D. Seagrave; Glass FAB, Manawa; Neenah Foundry; did some logging for a few years; and in 1975 started work at Hillshire Farm, New London. He worked there in meat packaging until retirement in 2010. Howard enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing whenever he could. He will be remembered as a funny guy, with an outgoing personality who loved chatting with friends and family.

He is survived by:
Brother: Eugene Wilken, Clintonville
Nephews: Joe, Troy, & Todd Koelbl and their families

Howard was preceded by his parents and a sister, Della (Joseph) Koelbl.

His family will host a celebration of life on Saturday, August 6, 2022, from 12 PM until 5 PM at 115 Rohrer St. Clintonville, WI 54929.
