Jay M. Radies, age 59 of the Town of Wyoming, Waupaca County passed away on Friday March 28, 2025 at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee.
Jay Michael Radies was born on September 10, 1965 as the son of Jerry and Sharon (Hansen) Radies. He attended grade school in Big Falls and graduated from Marion High School in 1983. Jay started working in the tavern business right out of school and became the owner of JR’s Bar & Grill in Big Falls in 1993. Jay sold the bar in 2019 and was currently working as a grounds keeper for J & B Clover Greens Golf Course in Marion and enjoyed helping his sister Julie at Club 161. He was heavily involved with the Tavern League of Wisconsin where he made many lasting friendships. Jay enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting with his daughter Ellen and cutting firewood for friends. He played local BABA baseball years ago and was still very supportive of the league. Jay was a Wisconsin sports fan through and through and was always cheering on the Packers, Brewers, Badgers, & Bucks. His caring personality will be missed as he was often helpful with upcoming benefits and ticket sales in the community.
