Joyce A. Pingel, age 92 of Clintonville, passed away on April 10, 2020 at Greentree Health & Rehabilitation Center, Clintonville.
Joyce Amelia Gibson was born on October 9, 1927 in Neenah, WI, daughter to the late Lyle & Daisy (Briggs) Gibson. She graduated from Neenah High School and started working. Joyce was united in marriage to Rhynold Pingel in Neenah on October 14, 1949; the couple farmed in Bowler for a number of years. When they left the farm, she held various positions in the secretarial, medical transcription, and real estate fields, until she retired from New London Family Medical Center. Her greatest position and joy was being a mother, confidant, and encourager to her five children, her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Joyce instilled the love of Jesus in all of us; this was her greatest accomplishment - that we would know and love Him. She also loved playing cards with family and friends, reading a good mystery, watching Jeopardy with her son, and listening to his music. Joyce also enjoyed crossword puzzles, rummaging with her husband, loving on her many pets, and spending time with family and friends.
