She looked forward to family camping every year and loved to go trail riding up north near her favorite spot at Lake Hilbert. She kept herself busy at home with her large vegetable garden and enjoyed making maple syrup with her brother Byron. Karen was protective of her family and will always be proud of her three loving sons.
