Karl E. Lutzewitz, age 81 of the Town of Dupont, Waupaca County passed away at his home Monday May 6, 2024.
Karl Edwin Lutzewitz was born in Tigerton on June 6, 1942 as the son of the late Lloyd and Doris (Seefeldt) Lutzewitz. Karl attended Marion High School and on June 30, 1960 was united in marriage to Elsie Schoenrock in New London. Karl worked at Marion Body Works, was self employed doing auto body work at his home, and drove school bus for the Clintonville School District; retiring in 2009. Karl and Elsie were also caretakers for the Greenleaf Cemetery in Marion for many years. In his spare time Karl enjoyed golfing, and as an avid outdoorsman spent lots of time hunting and fishing.
Survivors include: His Wife: Elsie Lutzewitz.
Daughters: Debra Carley & Jeanne Blazek.
Grandchildren: Megan Carley, Amy Carley, Derek Carley, Jesse (Katie) Blazek, and Zachary Blazek.
Great-Grandchildren: Andric Bayerl, Aliyah Carley, Charlie Blazek, and Isaac Reahm.
His Brother: Ronald Lutzewitz.
Karl was preceded in death by his parents, an infant sister Cheryl, and a sister-in-law Mary Lutzewitz.
A private graveside service and inurnment will be held for Karl at Roseland Cemetery in the Town of Dupont. The Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory of Marion is assisting his family. www.eberhardtstevenson.com
