Linda M. Hayes, age 76, of Manawa, Wisconsin, a cherished soul, peacefully passed away on September 1, 2025.

Linda Marlene Hayes was born on August 20, 1949, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to the late Marvin and Gertrude Zastrow. She graduated from New Berlin West High School and went on to work at JCPenney, IBM, and Home Depot.

Linda’s journey through life was marked by her love for family and her steadfast devotion to her Lutheran faith. She especially enjoyed cheering on the Green Bay Packers and the Georgia Bulldogs, as well as playing cards with friends and family.

Her warmth, laughter, and faith will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Linda is survived by her son: Matthew (Becky) Hayes; and her beloved grandchildren, Tyler, Ava, Colton, and Caleb.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Hayes; and her parents, Marvin and Gertrude Zastrow.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM on Friday, September 12, 2025 at Ascension Lutheran Church of Navarino, with the Rev. Mark Sabin officiating. Interment will take place following the service at the parish cemetery.

Visitation will take place on Friday at the church from 10 AM until the time of service.
