Marcy L. (Klaeser) Buntrock

Marcy L. Buntrock, age 66 of Caroline passed away Monday May 2, 2022 in the Town of Grant. 

Marcy was born on August 7, 1955 in Clintonville as the daughter of Lois (Much) Klaeser and the late Gary Klaeser. Marcy graduated from Marion High School in 1973 and was united in marriage to David “Bun” Buntrock. The couple had two children and later divorced. Marcy worked for a number of places in her life. She started out at Pamida in Clintonville where she worked in almost any department, then went to SNE Enterprises in Mosinee where they manufactured windows, and more recently worked for the Northstar Casino in Bowler. Marcy loved to visit with people; making her one of the best bartenders around. She bartended at the Marion Rec, Lakeview Tavern near Big Falls, ran Crossroads Inn in Tigerton for a few years and was well known for her time at Ye Ole Saloon also in Tigerton. Marcy lived most of her life in Tigerton and shortly before retirement moved in with her mother in Caroline. She loved taking care of animals and was bringing home strays ever since she was a kid. Her dog Oreo was her favorite and she enjoyed taking her for walks almost every day. Marcy also liked cooking, swimming, and working in her garden. She always put her family first and loved her children and grandchildren very much. 

Survivors include:
Her Children: Jamie (Jaclyn) Buntrock & Stacy (Daniel) Hohn.
Mother: Lois Klaeser
Grandchildren: Kiasen and Ryan Buntrock & Samantha and Madison Hohn.
Also a Sister: Sally (Dale) Cerveny.

Marcy was preceded in death by her father Gary Klaeser and her dog Oreo.
