Margie Verch Obituary

Margie (Krueger) Verch, age 96 of Clintonville, formerly of Marion, passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon, November 23, 2021 at the ThedaCare Medical Center in Shawano. 

Margie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who modeled tolerance, humor, and compassion. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Elmer Verch in 2018. We now know mom is dancing with dad in Heaven and playing cards with her friends. 

Survivors include: 
Her Children: Mark (Linda) Verch, Kerry (Mike) Mielke, & Tammy (Paul) Anderson.
Grandchildren: Amanda (Joshua) Rice, Todd Trittin, Eric (Sarah) Mielke, Erin (Chris) Schley, Ashley & Amy Anderson. 
Great-Grandchildren: Hannah (Kaleb) Laurent & Henry Trittin, Mason & Cameron Rice, and Nathan, Jacob, & Emily Schley. 

Margie was preceded in death by her parents Emil & Elsie (Grosskopf) Krueger, husband Elmer, a granddaughter Laura Trittin, a great-granddaughter Abigail Hope Rice.

Margie’s funeral service will be held privately at the Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory in Clintonville and interment will take place at Greenleaf Cemetery in Marion. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established by Margie’s family. Margie’s family would like to give special thanks to the staff of ThedaCare Medical Center in Shawano and ThedaCare at Home Hospice for their kindness and thoughtful care during Margie’s stay. www.eberhardtstevenson.com
