Marty Krueger Obituary

Marty B. Krueger, age 50 of the Town of Belle Plaine, Shawano County passed away surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer at his home Tuesday afternoon, December 22, 2020.

Marty was born on February 14, 1970 in Clintonville as the son of Bertholdt “Bert” and Verdell (Klemp) Krueger. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Clintonville where he also went to grade school. Marty was a 1988 graduate from Shawano High School and was united in marriage to Heather Cerveny on April 13, 1996. The couple were blessed with one son, Kyle. He passed his love of farming on to his son, Kyle, spending countless hours together on the farm. Marty and Kyle loved taking trips together to tractor and implement dealers (especially John Deere) looking at all the equipment.  Marty had an amazing smile that will be remembered by all who knew him. He was a faithful member at St. Martin where he had served as an usher for many years. Marty enjoyed attending basketball games, working in the woods, and doing woodworking and electrical projects. Marty’s faith, family, and friends were always kept at the center of his life.
