Norma J. (Feltner) Willis

Norma J. Willis age 81 of the Town of Dupont, Waupaca County passed away Monday morning March 24, 2025 at the ThedaCare Medical Center in Appleton. 

Norma Jean Feltner was born on March 11, 1944 in Glomawr, KY as the daughter of the late James and Hazel (Robertson) Feltner. As a young girl she moved with her family to Libertyville, IL where she graduated from high school. Norma logged many years working for Walmart in Round Lake Beach, IL where she worked her way up to Support Manager. Norma was united in marriage to Gary Willis on June 9, 1989 in Round Lake Park, IL where they resided until their retirement when they moved to Appleton and soon after to their current home in the Town of Dupont. Norma didn’t like being retired so soon after moving to Dupont she began working for Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Clintonville and had just retired about a year ago as her health was declining. In her free time, Norma loved feeding her birds and looked forward to trips out to Arizona to visit her son when he lived there. She was a loving wife and mother and made it her top priority to take care of her family. 

Survivors include: Her Husband: Gary Willis.
Sons: Larry Sexton, Dennis (Jenny) Sexton, and Shane Sexton.
15 grandchildren & 4 great-grandchildren.
Sisters: Joan Mullins and Patty Donile.
Brothers: Bobby Feltner and Randy (Lori) Feltner.
Also numerous other relatives and friends.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Tonya Raasch, and a number of siblings.

Norma’s graveside service will be held Thursday March 27, 2025 at 11am at Greenwood Cemetery in the Town of Matteson, Waupaca County with Rev. Brian Crocker officiating. Family and friends may gather at the cemetery just prior to the service. Her family would like to thank the wonderful caring staff at ThedaCare Medical Center and ThedaCare Hospice for all of their assistance during Norma’s stay.
