Patricia “Pat” A. Zellmer, age 89 of Peshtigo, formerly of Clintonville, passed away peacefully Monday morning, January 13, 2020, at Rennes Health & Rehabilitation Center, Peshtigo.

Patricia Ann Zellmer was born October 23, 1930 in Appleton, WI to the late Frank Bucholtz and Margaret Finnegan. Mrs. Margaret Bucholtz was then married to Arthur Raffin. After graduation from Manawa High School with the class of 1948, Pat attended Marquette University where she studied dental hygiene. She was united in marriage to John H. Zellmer in Manawa on May 19, 1951; the marriage was blessed with eight children. Pat loved being a mother, but she also worked as a telephone operator for over 25 years at Urban Telephone, Clintonville, and volunteered at the Clintonville Food Pantry. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church, Clintonville, where she was active until she relocated to Peshtigo to be closer to family. Her husband John preceded her in death on July 18, 1995. In her younger years, Pat enjoyed competing at the Clintonville Curling Club on both couples and ladies leagues. She was also gifted when it came to sewing, crafting, and gardening; she loved trying her luck at the casino, and doing puzzles. Pat was also very fond of her pet Schnauzers throughout the years, and watching any sport on the television. Pat will be remembered for the love she had for her children and grandchildren, her sweetness, and her constant smile.
