Pearl O. (Krueger) Heiman

Pearl O. Heiman, age 102 of Clintonville, passed away Tuesday morning August 22, 2023 at the Aster Retirement Community in Clintonville.

Pearl was born on July 29, 1921 in Marion as the daughter of the late William and Elsa (Pranke) Krueger. She grew up in the Town of Dupont, Waupaca County and graduated from Marion High School in 1938. Pearl went on to Beauty Culture School in Appleton; graduating in 1939. She worked as a beautician prior to her marriage to Alvin Heiman on May 31, 1941 at St. Paul’s Lutheran in Dupont. The couple resided in Dupont until they moved to Clintonville in the 1950s where they became members of Christus Lutheran Church. As a faithful member of Christus, Pearl volunteered with the C.L.C.W., sang with the church choir, and was a member of the Christus Quilters. Pearl loved to sew, knit, crochet, listen to music, and could play a mean game of Sheephead. She spent lots of time working in her garden over the years and was known famously amongst her family for her “Pearl’s Pies” and homemade doughnuts.

Daughter-in-law: Carol Heiman.
Grandchildren & Great-Grandchildren: 
Connie (Matt) Malesa, and their children Kate & Jake.
Kelly (Bill) Zeinert, and their children Taylor, Cameron, & Drew.
Kurt (Kelly) Heiman, and their children Payton & Ellie.
Heather (Ty) Barwick.
Candice (Lars) Nielsen, and their children Anna, Mia, Christian, & Caroline.
Lindsey (Chris) Vande Hoef, and their children Will & Evelynn.
Also a Sister-in-law: Nelda Heiman

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Alvin, son Keith, and sisters Vera, Orpha, & Gladys.

Pearl’s funeral service will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 11am at the Christus Lutheran Church in Clintonville with Rev. Shelly Klemp officiating. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Clintonville. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 9:30am until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers memorials to Christus Lutheran Church would be appreciated by her family.
