Peter Otis Johnson

Peter O. Johnson, age 81 of Appleton, Wisconsin passed away on Thursday afternoon July 25, 2024 at St. Paul Elder Services, Kaukauna. 

Peter Otis Johnson was born on June 3, 1943 in New London as the son of the late Lewis and Helene (Hammerberg) Johnson. He graduated from Clintonville High School. Peter was a family man, avid gardener and dedicated 30 years of his life working for Secura Insurance. Peter’s family was his life; spending as much time with his grandchildren as possible. 

Survivors include: 
His Children: Jason (Christy) Johnson,  Brent (Keith) Johnson , Ryan Johnson and Jessica (David) Jooss 

Grandchildren: Ella, Weston, Colton, Addilyn, Jaxson, Grace, Jake and Bongani. 

Siblings: Susan (Arlo) Dumke, Penny Dieck, Nancy Johnson, Tim Johnson, Todd (Karen) Johnson, Teri Zschaechner, Jim (Gudrun) Johnson, Patrick Johnson, and Mike (Cathy) Johnson.

Peter was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Tina Gebert. 

As per Pete’s wishes, no formal services will be held at this time. The family will hold a small gathering with closest friends and family to spread his ashes.

The Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory, Clintonville is assisting the Johnson family with arrangements.
