Ruth H. Chrudinsky, age 83 of the Town of Deer Creek, Outagamie County passed away peacefully at home under the care of her family and hospice.
Ruth was born on January 21, 1942 in Sheboygan as the daughter of the late Clarence and Esther (Sauer) Mauritz. She grew up in Mattoon and moved to Medina with her family; graduating from New London High School in 1960. Ruth worked at various places throughout her life, and was very proud of her job at Rich’s Bakery in Appleton. She was united in marriage to Frank Chrudinsky. The couple raised 4 children and later divorced. Ruth had quite a green thumb and loved gardening. She was also a talented seamstress and was always sewing outfits for her family or saddle bags for walkers or wheelchairs through her church projects. Ruth could seemingly be friends with anyone instantly and will be missed lovingly by her family.
Survivors include: Her Daughter: Donna (Dan Ciske) Bushman.
Sons: Ronald (Ann) Chrudinsky, Terry Chrudinsky, & Scott (Sarah) Chrudinsky.
Grandchildren: Aaron (Kim) Chrudinsky, Cassandra Chrudinsky, David Chrudinsky, James Chrudinsky, and step-grandchildren Machenzie Fields and Hunter Fields.
Great-Grandchildren: Landon, Alexis, Logan, Parker, and Fischer.
Her Brother: Orville (Sharon) Mauritz.
Also numerous other relatives and friends.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Esther Mauritz, and her ex-husband Frank Chrudinsky.
Per Ruth’s wishes a private family gathering will be held at a later date and entombment will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Appleton. The Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory of Clintonville is assisting her family. www.eberhardtstevenson.com
