Suzanne M. (Ernst) Reindl

Suzanne M. Reindl, age 71 of the Town of Matteson, Waupaca County passed away Sunday July 24, 2022 at the Aurora Bay Care Medical Center in Green Bay.

Suzanne Marie Ernst was born on March 3, 1951 in New London as the daughter of the late Richard and Caroline (Heimbruch) Ernst, Jr. She graduated from New London High School in 1969. Suzanne worked for the Wisconsin Clock Factory in Clintonville where she met Roger Reindl and the couple were united in marriage on October 1, 1994 in the Town of Matteson. Suzanne was a member of St. Martin Lutheran Church for many years. Her life revolved around family. Suzanne looked forward to spending time with her grandchildren; sometimes even the smallest of things like taking walks with them to see the neighbors horses were her favorite moments. She also enjoyed shopping trips with her daughters to Kohl’s and stopping for dinner at the Golden Corral. Suzanne and Roger enjoyed motorcycle trips out west and spending quality time at their cottage in Presque Isle. She loved flowers and had a soft spot for birds; especially her cockatiel “Willy”. Suzanne could be stubborn at times right up to her last day, but she always put others first and will carry her family’s love with her on her journey to Heaven.

Children: DeAnn (Shawn) Elliott, Michelle Maus, Ellen Maus, Lisa (Tim Resop) Reindl, Kevin (Kari) Reindl, and Steve (Missy) Reindl.
Grandchildren: Alex Elliott, Kacy (Taylor) Miller, Jacob (Elizabeth) Chmielewski, Caleb (Stephanie) Chmielewski, Wesley Chmielewski, Conner Weir, Doug (Jessica) Rohan, Matt (Jennifer) Rohan, Beth (Brandon) Nicklaus, Rusty (Brittany) Stolp, Emily (Brad) Pethke, Dylan (Nicki) Reindl, Miranda (Luke) Listle, Mary Ann, Grace, Autumn, Gus, Lily, Henry, and Joseph Reindl.
Great-Grandchildren: Dakota, Adelyn, Gabriel, William, Lily Bug, Berklee, Larry, Jada, Carson, Aubrey, Alivia, Ryker, Faith, Nevaeh, Leroy, Aaron, Annelise, Leona, and Kinsley.
Siblings: Connie Fietzer, John (Robin) Ernst, Theresa Armitage, Jerome (Sandy) Ernst, Donna (Dan) Paters, Jeffrey (Leanne) Ernst, and Doreen Ernst.
Also numerous Brothers-in-law, Sisters-in-law, and other relatives.

Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings James Ernst, Barbara Elshotz, and Leslie “David” Ernst.

Suzanne’s memorial service will be held Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 11am at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Clintonville with Rev. Jason Zobel officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date at St. Casimir Cemetery in Newton, WI. Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 9am until the time of the service.
