Tina J. Gebert, age 65 of the Town of Matteson, Waupaca County passed away at her home Thursday afternoon July 18, 2024.
Tina Jane Johnson was born on October 30, 1958 in Clintonville as the daughter of the late Lewis and Helene (Hammerberg) Johnson. She graduated from Clintonville High School in 1977 and was united in marriage to Daniel Gebert on June 30, 1978 in Appleton. The couple lived in Greenville prior to moving to Clintonville and later to the Gebert farmstead in Matteson. Tina’s family was her life; spending as much time with her children and grandchildren as possible. When her children were young she volunteered as a Girl Scout Leader and was always baking and cooking for them and Daniel. Tina also enjoyed making crafts, reading a good book, and watching crime dramas on tv.
Survivors include:
Her Children: Jonathan Gebert, Jennifer (Ryan) Harris, and Michael (Angie) Gebert.
Grandchildren: Elliana Jonsson and Oliver Harris.
Siblings: Susan (Arlo) Dumke, Penny Dieck, Nancy Johnson, Peter Johnson, Tim Johnson, Todd (Karen) Johnson, twin sister Teri Zschaechner, Jim (Gudrun) Johnson, Patrick Johnson, and Mike (Cathy) Johnson.
Also numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Tina was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Daniel in 2011.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday July 26, 2024 from 12:30pm – 2:30pm at the Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory SOUTH location, 299 S. Main Street, Clintonville, WI 54929. Inurnment will follow at the St. Rose Cemetery in Clintonville. Her family wishes to thank the officers that responded so quickly from the Waupaca County Sheriff Department.
