Toni L. Hoertsch, age 70 of the Town of Pella, Shawano County passed away unexpectedly at her home Monday morning, October 7, 2024.
Toni Lynn Willing was born on April 3, 1954 in Neenah as the daughter of Margene (Michaels) Willing and the late Raymond Willing. She graduated from Neenah High School in 1971 and was united in marriage to Peter “Pete” Hoertsch on May 4, 1973 in Neenah. The couple resided in the Neenah / Menasha area where Toni worked for a number of places but spent the last 24 years of her career as a Senior Credit Account Executive for SCA Tissue Mill; retiring in 2019. In 2004, Pete and Toni moved to their current residence in the Town of Pella where Toni enjoyed deer hunting and spending time in nature. She enjoyed traveling with Pete and spent many years attending The Hodag Country Music Festival in Rhinelander. Toni also spent time in her garden so she could make her salsa and can her produce. She was a good cook and mostly looked forward to spending time with her family.
Survivors include: Her Husband: Peter “Pete” Hoertsch.
Mother: Margene Willing.
Son: Peter (Nickie Bishop) Hoertsch.
Grandchildren: Peter (Lexana Rutz) Hoertsch, Anthoni Hoertsch, Samantha (Anthony French) DeMenter, Taylor Marks, and Kelsey (Mitch) Mazemke.
Great-Grandchildren: Carsen, Brysen, Tysen, and Millie.
Sisters: Wanda (Dean) Genett, Sandy (Tim) Leebrick, and Penny (Tim) Bausch.
Also a brother: Greg Willing.
Toni was preceded in death by her father Raymond Willing, her daughter Michelle “Shelly” Marks, and a brother Scott Willing.
