Hazel Iva Miller was born August 14, 1924 in Chippewa County, WI, the daughter of the late Edward & Verla (Rowe) Dahl. She grew up in rural Clark County, WI and graduated from Granton High School. Following graduation, Hazel moved to Clintonville and worked briefly at the F.W.D., Clintonville. She met William E. Most recently she worked in local grocery stores doing food demonstrations and serving samples, only retiring last year at age 90. She put her sewing talents to use making many of the banners that hang in church. Hazel participated in many craft shows with her creations over the years, often along with her daughters. She was also a 67 year member of the Marble Homemaker’s Club.
