Hello family, I am so sorry to hear about aunt Donna. It's never easy to lose a loved one especially when it's so sudden. Please know that our prayers are with you and your family. When my father died ( Bill or Billy as grandma called him) I found comfort from the scriptures and still do. Like John 5: 28&29 helps us to see that there is going to be a (earthly) resurrection of those who died. And Revelation 21:4 it says that "death will be done away with forever". Another scripture in Ecclesiates 9: 5,6&10 helps me to see that they are just asleep awaiting the resurrection. No longer suffering.
These are just some of the scriptures I have found very comforting. I hope this can give you also some comfort if not at this moment maybe later. But please know we are thinking of you all.

Our thoughts have been reaching back to Wisconsin days when Donna and Donnie were a big part of our life, along with the boys. How our families have expanded since then!

Paula and I were so sorry to hear of Donna's passing; we send our heart-felt condolences to all the family and though we will not be able to be there in person, be assured that we are there in spirit. We look forward to the day when we will all meet in the presence of the Lord and enjoy lasting fellowship one with another.

I was so saddened to hear about Aunt Donna' s sudden passing. I was very much looking forward to seeing her this weekend In Washington State and catching up on many lost years. I look forward to the fulfillment of God's promise at Jonh 5:28,29 when Donna along with my father Bill Wickersham and many other loved ones will be resurrected back to a paradise earth to live in perfect health forever. My love and condolences to all my Wickersham family and friends.
