I can say that without a doubt Neil was the most liked and respected man I have ever known. He had a way of making others feel comfortable and glad to be around him. I wish I could have been more like him in so many ways.
Neil appreciated every gift he ever got such as toys he received as a child and he even kept them stored in the original boxes. He also kept the small car his father made for him when he was a child. If you ever visited him at his home I am sure he showed it to you. That car was amazing and now is in a museum for others to enjoy. Most importantly he valued his friends and family. He loved his entire family and countless friends so much and they all could sense it and loved him as well.
I have known Neil for over 50 years and I can say I have never known a richer man and I do not base that by material things but by the respect and love of all of the friends he had. I write this knowing Neil will be missed greatly by so many. I will never forget this amazing man.

My prayers and sympathy to you. Neil was such a kind man. He always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye. You both are missed at chapel but remembered each Sunday. Take care.
