Dear Ma and family,
My heart goes out to all of you. I'm so, so sorry for your loss. Mr. King, as principal and teacher, was an important role model for me, (as you were and are, Ma) throughout my formative years. The examples you both set by your Iives has changed mine forever, and I am truly grateful. My prayers are with you all, now and always.
Love, Ely

Dear Connie and the King family,
Words cannot express how sad we are that Dick has passed on. We will miss him stopping by during your walks, to give Dean a hard time or tell him a joke. I will miss his big smile that always held a hint of mischievousness. All of us were lucky to have him touch our lives in one way or another. Unfortunately Connie, we will not be in town on Friday. We will stop by in a few weeks. Our deepest sympathy to all of you.

With tears rolling down my face, I am still at a loss for words. This seems surreal. Even after all these years, I can still hear his laugh and can most certainly hear him yelling at me for being late for class (probably one of the very reasons I am anal about being "on time" to this day. I think he only had to tell me once!)

He and Connie were like parents to all Jill's friends who entered their home. My only regret was I didn't take Jill up on coming home to hang out with them for a day sometime.

To Jill, Connie, Barb, Les there are no words that I could extend to fill this void. May God wrap his arms around you and give you comfort during this beyond difficult time.

Love you Jill, Connie and Family!
